PalsaniJewels.com offers shipping of its products within India*. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.
After your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered through reputed courier service - India Post.
The estimated time of delivery is 5-10 working days, though some products may take longer.
We are committed to get your products to you as soon as possible.

Delivery Out of India
We are happy to let our international customers know that after a lot of persistent efforts we have been able to start delivery of our products even outside India. Please note that since these are high-valued products and have their own set of security/legal procedures to adhere to, we will work around making this process hassle-free for you, but your co-operation would be of high importance. We will convey the necessary details to you on order inquiry. Please be informed that the delivery charges ( which include shipping,customs,insurance,etc) will be borne by the customer. We'd do our best to make international shopping as smooth as possible.
We hope that this scenario doesn't come but in case you decide to cancel the order before it is shipped, we will refund your order amount. Please call us or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us about the cancellation. For cancellation requests after goods are shipped we offer only store credit or exchange for the same value.
PalsaniJewels.com offers you a 7-days Peace of Mind Guarantee on all products that you purchase from us. To qualify for this, the product must be in an absolutely unworn and brand new condition and must be returned with the original sealed box, instruction papers, warranty and other accessories if any. Make sure you have not used the product. Scratched and Used Products will not be taken back.

When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in it’s in original condition and then issue either a store credit or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Your Store Credit will be given in full within 7 days of the receipt of the product.
Please inform us within 48 hours if you receive the product damaged or broken . Unfortunately, if the information reaches us after 48 hours, we will not be able to process store credits/exchange.
If you inform us post 48 hours about the product being broken or damaged, we will be more than happy to repair the product for you.(as per the product warranty). Please feel free to email/call or chat with us to inform and send the product back to us.
Store Credits once issued will not be converted into online/cheque refunds.
